Responsibilities:
- Responsible for aftersales service business development, include machine modification, sales of spare parts
- Manage aftersales team, define management KPI to improve customer satisfaction
- Build up the aftersales service process for internal and external customers
- Control cost of aftersales service
- Collect customer service requirements and feedback to design and quality team to improve machine quality continuously
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or related
- Over 8 years experience in aftersale service, and over 3years management experience.
- Can arrange over 30% business travel of working time
- English is working language
- Good communication skill and can work with pressure
- Build up and maintain good customer relationship;
