Role Overview:
You will be the first point of contact for our customer network. You will require exceptional customer service skills to ensure our customers are treated with the utmost respect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serving and developing a distribution network in the assigned territory
- Issuing quotations based on customer enquiries
- Commercial support regarding pricing, revenue planning, and quotations
- Contract negotiations and closure
- Working with the CRM Process
- Cooperation with other internal departments to ensure excellent customer service to our external customers
- Helping to develop the aftermarket strategy
- Report generating
- Processing of documents for concluding commercial contracts.
About You:

- Excellent communication skills
- Technical education or commercial education with technical training
- Self-motivated to reach company targets
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- English (fluent), Slovak
