Job Summary
Service Coordinators manage service operations and customer requests on a daily basis, ensuring smooth communication between customers, suppliers, and internal teams. They handle order processing, quotations, service planning, and logistics while supporting both local and international operations. The role also includes administrative, technical, and coordination tasks related to service activities and spare parts management.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and intercompany teams via email and phone
- Prepare quotations and process incoming orders
- Create and maintain maintenance plans for generators and complete systems
- Order spare parts and manage warehouse stock, including packaging and shipment preparation
- Coordinate service activities, including travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, visas, transport)
- Issue advance invoices and support order-related administration
- Maintain service documentation, databases, and reports
- Handle customer complaints and warranty claims
- Collaborate with logistics, purchasing, accounting, and sales departments
- Provide basic technical support and resolve minor issues
- Prepare weekly reports and support intercompany tasks
- Manage service leads in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Basic Qualifications
- Communicative English and Slovak
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- PC literacy (MS Office); CRM system experience (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and responsible approach
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
- Team player with a problem-solving mindset
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
Primarily office-based role in Piešťany with occasional flexibility depending on business needs.
