  • Ce poste est rattaché à l'activité de Service Compresseurs dédiée à la mise en service et à  la maintenance de Compresseurs Industriels.

 

Mission Principale :

  • Intervenir en cas de dysfonctionnement ou de panne afin de garantir la satisfaction du client et la pérennité des installations.

 

Responsabilités :

Sous la responsabilité du Customer Service Manager de la Région Est, vous assurez l’installation, la mise en service et la maintenance préventive et curative de centrales d’air comprimé et de son réseau chez nos clients dans le respect et le suivi des procédures en vigueur.

Vous participez à la réalisation des objectifs du service et êtes le (la) garant (e) de la satisfaction des clients sur votre région et de l’image de marque véhiculée 

 

Vous êtes le (la) garant (e) du déploiement des valeurs du groupe auprès de nos clients et de son équipe :

  • Proximité (soit l’attention portée aux clients, l’empathie, la clarté et la convivialité)
  • Professionnalisme (fiabilité et transparence, qui se traduisent par la disponibilité, la communication et l’aide proactives)
  • Réactivité (incluant notamment le temps de traitement, le service rendu et la pertinence des solutions déployées selon les besoins)
  • Image de marque de l’entreprise ;

 

Votre profil :

  • Vous avez idéalement une expérience dans le milieu industriel ;
  • Vous bénéficiez de solides compétences en  électricité, mécanique, électromécaniques, automatismes et pneumatique et dans l’idéal du portefeuille produit (compresseurs à vis lubrifiée, OilFree et des équipements de traitement d’air) ;
  • Vous savez lire un plan et un schéma technique ;
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques indispensables à la tenue de votre poste (Pack Office, Outlook, CRM…) ;
  • Vous avez a minima des Notions d’Anglais ;
  • Vous possédez le Permis B 
  • Vous êtes en mesure de vous déplacer quotidiennement pour vous rendre chez vos clients (découchages nécessaires parfois)

 

Compétences Clés : 

To successfully carry out your mission, we expect you to:

  • Organize your work week according to the schedule received from your Manager;
  • Carry out simple preventive and curative maintenance operations, according to the instructions received, in compliance with the company's safety rules and those in force on customer sites (Prevention Plan);
  • Carry out tests and trials on the revised equipment to ensure that it is working properly;
  • Analyze technical problems with the help of key technicians and inform customers, if necessary, write expert reports;
  • Provide a prevention, information and recommendation service to customers;
  • Repair or replace faulty system components
  • Offer and/or promote sales of services, parts and materials to customers.
  • Send the administrative documents requested from you (Prevention Plan, intervention report, KPI, etc.);
  • Provide basic knowledge of our products to customers;
  • Carry out your tasks in compliance with legal and internal safety rules;
  • Register equipment in manufacturers' extended warranty programs and monitor all procedures required for a request for warranty support (photo, breakdown description, measurements, etc.) allowing acceptance of the latter.
