Assistant Manager / Finance Analyst

Ahmedabad

Responsibilities

Monthly book closure for Gardner Denver India, co-ordination with cross function team Sales and Operations primarily and Shared Service team in Europe. Supporting in Budget and forecast. Preparation of audit schedules and co-ordination with stat., tax, TP auditors.

Mandatory/ Essential Skills

A good team player, Self-motivated and target oriented with positive approach to close end to end work. Ability to communicate clearly with cross function team.

Job & Division Summary: 

• Weekly Sales backlog and Pulse reporting
• Monthly book closure activities
• Balance sheet GL Reconciliation
• Assisting in Budget/forecast preparation
• Assisting in Stat. Audits, Tax audits
• Preparing schedules for Cost Audit
• Working with reporting package HFM/TOTH
• Payroll Accounting
• Support in making Inter-Co payments
• Bank Correspondence
• TDS accounting and co-ordination for TDS returns with consultant
• Variance analysis and Monthly accrual of expenses
• Co Ordination with SSC team, Sales and Operations team
• Passing of Journal Entries in SAP
• Custom Duty Booking and statutory payments
• Co Ordination for pending C forms with Consultants

Desired skills:

Knowledge of accounting standards, able to communicate at all level.

Basic Qualifications

Experience:-  

5 to 7 Years of experience, chartered accountant, Cost Accountant. SAP knowledge will be beneficial.
