Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have knowledge & experience of B2B product marketing and demand generation, ideally within the manufacturing sector. They will assist in driving lead generation for the Nash & Toshniwal Vacuum brands in India as well as providing support for regional marketing initiatives. The new role will be responsible for aiding and planning a wide variety of marketing activities and will involve cooperation with the regional & global contacts. This will include multi-channel marketing campaigns, website optimization as per the SEO strategy, product launches, rebranding projects, creation of collaterals and digital channels including websites and social media. The candidate will need to work closely with regional sales teams and product management to ensure ROI of all marketing activities and deliver to the needs of the business.
The Demand Generation Marketing Specialist is responsible for lead generation through multi-channel campaigns to attract, engage, and convert contacts into customers. As you progress in your career you will require an advanced understanding of demand generation tactics, digital marketing trends, data analysis, and vertical markets to engage with prospects and customers at different stages of their buying journey.
Responsibilities
Demand Generation
- New Customer Acquisition Marketing: Work with our global regions to drive new customer acquisition efforts through comprehensive marketing programs.
- Services Marketing Capability Building: Work with product management and sales to identify opportunities with current customer base and deploy robust lifecycle marketing campaigns to increase connectivity.
- New Product Development: Provide insights and VOC for new product scope, projected financials, and demand estimation to product management.
Campaigns and Content
- Design and execute multichannel marketing campaigns (email, social media, SEM, etc.) to generate qualified leads.
- Develop content and marketing assets including white papers, case studies, webinars that can be used across channels to drive engagement with new and existing contacts. Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign elements (subject lines, CTAs, landing pages) for better performance.
- Develop clear product positioning and messaging to differentiate our offerings and resonate with diverse buyer personas.
- Develop and deploy comprehensive marketing plans that deliver growth in key vertical markets.
Database and Segmentation:
- Define customer personas and identify different segmentation criteria based on audience behavior, demographics, geographic characteristics, etc.
- Execute contact acquisition projects to fill gaps in the database.
- Follow standard work and best practices to maintain clean and compliant database in partnership with the central team.
- Lead the market segmentation, trending, and definition of value drivers for vertical markets.
Lead Management:
- Optimize lead scoring, routing, and nurturing processes to ensure high-quality leads are passed to sales.
- Collaborate with sales and channel partners to drive lead management process compliance and optimization.
Events:
- Execution of in-person and virtual events, including tradeshows, webinars, lunch and learns, and other customer-facing events.
- Set and adhere to budget for events, managing process with internal stakeholders.
- Collaboration with vendors and third parties to support event execution.
- Creation of collateral and digital initiatives in coordination with events including campaigns, social, and lead capture programs.
Digital Insights:
- Work with the digital marketing specialist to provide direction on content and keywords to support organic and paid search marketing.
- Understanding of basic digital marketing, SEO and paid search best practices and how it relates to campaign execution.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track Campaign performance and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track and report on results of leads and opportunities, reporting on KPIs including response time, conversion rate, funnel add and bookings.
Vertical Market Intelligence:
- Lead the market segmentation, trending, and definition of value drivers for vertical markets.
- Stay current on vertical market trends to inform strategies, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Understanding of market size and potential growth aligned with key outcomes.
- Engage in key industry trade organizations or groups to understand/ influence the value drivers in the industry and to better target our vertical markets.
Basic Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent in Marketing.
- 4 - 7 years of relevant experience in B2B Environment.
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English.

Key Competencies
- Knowledge of CRM systems – particularly Salesforce
- Experience of using Marketing Tools like Google Analytics, Contentstack, SEMRush
- Knowledge of digital marketing elements such as SEO, SEA, web editing and campaign management.
- Well organized and self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization
