Sales Manager Responsibilities Include:

The person should have experience about paper making process. Especially the knowhow from Paper machine press section and dewatering

 

  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan in India  that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives + perform direct sales activities
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and NASH P&P personnel
  • Utilize the potential of growing Indian Pulp & Paper market

 

Job brief

  • We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager with Pulp & Paper experience to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets in Indian market. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, creating sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
  • As a sales manager, you should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth. Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position.
  • Ultimately, you should aspire to develop and maintain successful relationships with our customers.
  • Regarding commercial initiatives and targets, Sales manager will report to Runtech Systems Sales Director but will be officially set as a part of local NASH organization
  • Main focus at the beginning in Runtech vacuum systems products but with increasing experience also in other products

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Negotiate and close agreements with customers
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches
