Job Summary

Selling parts to our customers. Supplying solutions to customer enquiries. General administration duties. You will also be responsible for developing existing customer relationships and finding new customers through various marketing techniques such as cold calling and data base sales.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls from customers and suppliers
• Conducting telephone sales campaigns
• Handling and processing customer enquiries for parts
• Raise sales and purchase orders
• Raise quotations
• Manage stock control electronic system
• Update purchase orders with delivery information

Basic Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.

• Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment whilst keeping clam under pressure
• The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
