Sales Force Field Service Lightning Specialist EMEIA

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Field Service Lightning Specialist to manage and enhance our Salesforce platform and ensure it meets the needs of our business and stakeholders.

The Salesforce Super User will be responsible for system configuration, data management, user support, and driving best practices to optimise the use of Salesforce Field Service Lightning across the organisation.

The role will be remote based but will include travel across the EMEIA region.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

System Support:

  • Manage day-to-day Salesforce Field Service Lightning system maintenance, including updates, security settings, and troubleshooting.
  • Configure Salesforce Field Service Lightning features, objects, workflows, and customisations to support business requirements.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation.

Salesforce Ownership & Strategy

  • Act as the owner of Salesforce Field Service Lightning within the business, setting the strategy for evolving our implementation to best meet our needs.
  • Collaborate with teams to review our current use of Salesforce Field Service Lightning and define how best to use it.

User Support and Training:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to Salesforce Field Service Lightning users.
  • Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to improve adoption and proficiency.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.

 

Experience:

  • Experience in working in a service organisation with multiple locations and a good understanding of how complex service organisations function
  • Experience in working with service management software and practical experience of new software implementation (Field Service Lightning preferred but not essential)
