We are an international company based in Rossens (Fribourg), specializing in the supply of "process" equipment and more specifically in the provision of installations for handling powders and mixing powders/liquids. To support our development, we are looking for a:

 

Purchasing Service Collaborator 100% 

 

Your mission:

  • Collaborate with the purchasing manager in planning needs
  • Ensure coordination between the engineering team, the workshop, the purchasing department, and numerous suppliers
  • Maintain and cultivate trustful relationships with key suppliers
  • Prepare requests for quotes and negotiate with suppliers (quality, deadlines, and prices)
  • Manage orders
  • Analyze order confirmations

 

Your profile:

  • Commercial employee CFC or equivalent, a technical interest is a plus
  • You have a good command of common computer tools (Outlook, Excel)
  • Native French or German speaker, with good knowledge of the other language (B2-C1), English is a plus
  • Ability to work in a team in a dynamic environment
  • Good organizational skills and priority management

Collaborateur-rice service achats 100% Mitarbeiter/in Einkauf 100%

 

Votre mission :

-         Collaborer avec le responsable des achats dans la planification des besoins

-         Assurer une coordination entre le bureau technique, l’atelier, le service d’achats et les nombreux fournisseurs

-         Entretenir et cultiver des relations de confiance avec les principaux fournisseurs

-         Etablir des demandes d’offres et négocier auprès des fournisseurs (qualité, délais et prix)

-         Gérer les commandes

-         Analyser les confirmations de commandes

 

Votre profil :

-         Employé-e de commerce CFC ou équivalent, un attrait pour la technique est un plus

-         Vous possédez une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels (Outlook, Excel)

-         Langue maternelle française ou allemande, avec de bonnes connaissances de l’autre langue (B2-C1), l’anglais est un plus

-         Capacité à travailler en équipe dans un environnement dynamique.

-         Bonnes capacités organisationnelles et gestion des priorités
