A propos du poste 

En tant que Responsable de Projets, vous jouez un rôle central dans la gestion et la coordination de projets techniques, de la phase de conception jusqu’à la livraison finale. Vous êtes le point de contact principal pour les parties prenantes internes et externes, garantissant la qualité, les délais et le respect du budget. 

 

Responsabilités 

  • Gérer les projets confiés, incluant : 

  • L’élaboration de solutions techniques adaptées aux besoins clients 

  • Le suivi des délais et des jalons projet 

  • Le suivi budgétaire et financier 

  • Valider et qualifier les projets, en interne et chez les clients (FAT/SAT) 

  • Collaborer avec les autres départements (Achats, Montage, etc.) pour assurer une coordination fluide 

  • Soutenir la documentation technique, en veillant à ce qu’elle réponde aux exigences clients 

 

Profil recherché 

  • Vous avez un Bachelor en Génie mécanique ou jugé équivalent 

  • Maîtrise de l’anglais (niveau B2/C1) requise ; de bonnes connaissances en allemand sont un atout 

  • Une formation ou certification en gestion de projets est un plus 

 

Compétences clés 

  • Excellentes capacités de communication et de résolution de problèmes 

  • Sens des responsabilités et autonomie 

  • Esprit d’équipe et capacité à collaborer dans un environnement multidisciplinaire 

 

Déplacements 

  • Déplacements ponctuels (environ 10%) en Suisse et à l’étranger

About The Position 

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading and coordinating technical projects from design through to final delivery. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Manage assigned projects, including: 

  • Developing technical solutions tailored to customer needs 

  • Monitoring project timelines and milestones 

  • Overseeing budget and financial tracking 

  • Validate and qualify projects internally and at customer sites (FAT/SAT) 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Procurement and Assembly to ensure smooth execution 

  • Support technical documentation, ensuring it meets customer requirements 

 

Desired profile 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 

  • Fluent in English (B2/C1); German is a plus 

  • Project management training or certification is an advantage

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills 

  • High sense of responsibility and autonomy 

  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment

  • Travel Requirements 

    • Occasional travel (approx. 10%) within Switzerland and abroad
