This expertise is reflected in a wide range of products for compressed air (compressed air filters, air dryers, compressed air coolers, condensate treatment) and compatible elements for filters of all brands. Regarding industrial fluids, the PARTENAIR team assists you in the production of chilled water, vacuum, breathable air, and nitrogen.

Job Summary
As a Sales Manager, you identify potential clients and assess sales opportunities. You organize meetings with existing and prospective clients and offer products and solutions. You are responsible for achieving and growing revenue in line with the budgeted targets, which are reviewed annually for each client.
You identify specific product needs in your market and ensure coordination between departments (Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, and Production) to enable product development and viability.

Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Develop commercial activity and sales both nationally and internationally.
  • Define and propose commercial actions to ensure sector growth and product promotion.
  • Analyze revenue trends within the client portfolio to initiate new actions.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and re-engage dormant clients through targeted actions.
  • Monitor and update various group reports related to commercial activity.

Customer Relations

  • Analyze client specifications and propose tailored offers.
  • Define pricing levels (subject to manager approval).
  • Assist the Finance department in collecting outstanding payments.
  • Coordinate information with other Ingersoll Rand group subsidiaries.

Marketing and Communication

  • Update social media twice a week with relevant posts.
  • Organize updates for product presentation videos.
  • Participate in updating the pricing catalog.

Team Management

  • Lead and motivate the sales team by setting clear objectives, developing team members’ skills, and organizing work. Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment.
  • Alert relevant stakeholders in case of failures or risks.
  • Monitor and communicate internal and group KPIs to management, the group, and the team.
  • Implement and monitor group procedures.

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in sales strategy and team management.
  • Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel (analysis, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of industrial products, particularly compressors and/or air treatment systems.
  • Ability to actively participate in internal project management.
  • Skill in identifying and analyzing emerging client needs.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining a client portfolio.
  • Contribution to the implementation of the company’s commercial strategy.
  • Experience in selling technical or industrial products.
