Job Profile
SAP OTC Business Analyst responsible for project implementations, lead production support team, design, develop functional specs, integrations and configuration related to OTC/SD/SM/VC functions.
Requirements
- Strong SAP skills in OTC functions sales, shipping, invoicing, variant configuration and service management.
- Extensive hands on experience in configuration of org structures, pricing, item categories, output types, order types and other SD functions.
- Able to work with business partners to improve global business process.
- Provides leadership and support to a cross-business team of individuals in the business, responsible for local process execution.
- Performs analysis and investigation into root cause of problems, proposes solutions.
- Supports and enhances SAP with a continued focus on process improvement to meet business case goals.
- Demonstrate well developed leadership skills, inclusive of problem solving, relationship building, communications skills and proven ability to positively impact business results.
- Manage key projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Four-year degree required
- Basic ABAP knowledge required
- SAP OTC systems analyst with 10+ years of ERP experience; of which 6 to 8 years of strong SAP experience
- Demonstrated experience with: (1) Requirement gathering and Gap/Fit Analysis (2) System configuration and creation of complex interfaces/extensions, (3) Support of large ERP instances by following standard of work, (4) Management of data conversion activities, (5) Unit/Regression/Integrated/Stress testing plans and execution, (6) Cutover planning. (7) Super User Training and training material design
- Manufacturing industry experience a plus
- 25-30% travel may be required
