Robuschi is part of IR group and is recognized in the market as historical leader in rotary lobe and screw blowers, liquid ring vacuum pumps, and centrifugal pumps. Our product range offers solutions for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants, pneumatic conveying in pressure and vacuum, firing of cement and lime kilns, and much more.

 

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Engineer who will be responsible for generating new business, building long-term customer relationships, delivering technical presentations, and preparing customized proposals based on analysis of customer needs and customized solutions using company products and services. The role focuses on industrial segment and will report to the Sales Director of the Robuschi Export Region, located in Parma, Italy.

 

Responsibilities

  • Expand customer base within the industrial sector.
  • Develop long-lasting client relationships.
  • Follow up on sales funnel and manage bookings/revenue.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for customized solutions.
  • Maintain knowledge of products, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Participate in trade fairs and events.
  • Prepare technical proposals and presentations.
  • Generate leads and nurture relationships.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering (preferred).
  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Proven record throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Leadership ability.
  • English and Swedish fluency.
  • Availability to travel up to 80%.

 

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Home office based with approximately 80% travel across the region.

 

Key Competencies

  • Experience with low-pressure technologies (PD and screw blower, Turbo, Liquid ring vacuum pumps).
  • Technical analytical skills.
  • Financial analysis capability.
  • Ability to hold high-level customer meetings (EPC).
  • Basic project management skills.
