About Us

Job Summary

This position is responsible for the preparation of all shipping paperwork and the corresponding system transactions to insure the timely and accurate shipments of all customer orders. This person also is responsible to resolve potential issues with customer shipments that might prevent on time shipment.

Additional duties include:

• Works with customer service to arrange freight to meet customer needs
• Work with customer service on shipment requirements and shipment issues
• Enter requisitions according to demand of supplies needed
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• SAP knowledge preferred but not required
• Willing to work overtime as needed

Key Competencies

• High school degree or High School Equivalency preferred

• • 3 years of clerical experience
