- Promote and sell Ingersoll Rand BVT (Blower, Vacuum, Transportation) Products and Solutions to customers in Japan
- Build and maintain strong business partnerships with existing and new customers, including OEMs, by leveraging Ingersoll Rand-based growth strategies and core values
- Execute business growth strategies to improve sales performance
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and OEM activities to ensure competitive and compelling offerings
- Maximize sales opportunities across the BVT product portfolio focused
- Collaborate with local management, finance, and cross-functional teams to develop customer-centric strategies and achieve sustainable growth
- Responsible for achieving the assigned sales targets, including revenue, margin, and order forecast on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Explore new target vertical markets and applications for expanding product offerings targeted to where competitors are playing
- Committed to sales standard works (MQL, SQL, Quotation, Order Management, Lead Time checking, Invoicing)
