  1. Job Description

A. Promote and sell Ingersoll Rand BVT (Blower, Vacuum, Transportation) Products and Solutions to customers in Japan

일본 시장 내 BVT(Blower, Vacuum, Transportation) 제품 및 솔루션 판매·영업 활동 수행

B. Build and maintain strong business partnerships with existing and new customers, including OEMs, by leveraging Ingersoll Rand-based growth strategies and core values

OEM·기존·신규 고객과의 파트너십 구축 및 관계 강화

C. Execute business growth strategies to improve sales performance

영업 실적 향상을 위한 성장 전략 실행

D. Monitor market trends, competitors, and OEM activities to ensure competitive and compelling offerings

시장 동향, 경쟁사, OEM 활동 모니터링 및 인사이트 확보

E. Maximize sales opportunities across the BVT product portfolio focused

BVT 제품 포트폴리오 기반 매출 기회 극대화

F. Collaborate with local management, finance, and cross-functional teams to develop customer-centric strategies and achieve sustainable growth

내부 조직(관리·재무·기술·서비스 등)과 협업하여 고객 중심 전략 개발

G. Responsible for achieving the assigned sales targets, including revenue, margin, and order forecast on a monthly and quarterly basis

월/분기 매출·마진·오더 포캐스트 목표 달성 책임

H. Explore new target vertical markets and applications for expanding product offerings targeted to where competitors are playing

경쟁 영역을 포함한 신규 산업(Vertical) 및 적용 분야 발굴

I. Committed to sales standard works (MQL, SQL, Quotation, Order Management, Lead Time checking, Invoicing)

영업 표준 프로세스(MQL, SQL, 견적, 오더 관리, 리드타임 체크, 인보이싱) 준수

 

  1. 자격요건 (필수)
    1. Native-level Japanese, business English both written and spoken
    2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Whole Good sales or Aftermarket sales within the Vacuum, Blower or Air Compressor industrial areas or related machinery
    3. Strong business acumen with the ability to play in the market strategies effectively
    4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    5. Strong time management skills
    6. High level of personal resilience, with a self-motivated and collaborative mindset
    7. Ability to work effectively with international teams in a global matrix organization
    8. Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related major.
    9. Willingness to travel for business as needed
