    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, annual goals of order targets from air treatment distributors in Korea through:
      • Effectively prioritizing time and attention to what will generate the greatest growth
      • Maximizing sales coverage by channel partners
      • Setting strategic sales plans and support to gain market share
      • Holding our channel partners and Company accountable to mutually deliver on our commitments and grow our partnership
    • Develop annual business plan with distributors (Mutual Market Plan) as part of the business planning cycle
    • Design incentive and programs across various channel classification in concurrence with regional strategy.
    • Disseminate Company's core strategy, distributor goals, and objectives to distributors for the understand strategic direction and goals
    • Identify business opportunities for assigned distributors; provide end user meeting/seminar support, value proposition of product based on competition and market pricing strategy to ensure success
    • Influene channel partners to drive mutual success demonstrated by regular business meeting and market reviews, territory coverage based on market opportunity
    • Engage and provide distributors with sales tools, marketing material, market intelligence and sales strategy guidance when needed
    • Communicate and facilitate internally allowing for effective business solutions to be developed
    • Continuously communicate with distributors to share best practices to other distributors
    • Through the "Voice of Customer" to provide feedback and input from the customer to product management, commercial operations, GMO, marketing, and engineering.
    • Understand competitive pricing in region and communicate back to Product Management
    • Channel management process control through:
      • Project opportunities (Funnel & pipeline) management
      • Transaction rule management
      • Channel profiling and commitment management
