Job Description

A. HR Operation

▪ Manage daily HR administrative tasks

▪ Maintain and update employee records & documentation

▪ Oversee full employee lifecycle (onboarding, probation, status change, offboarding)

▪ Update and manage HRIS data (SuccessFactors) ensuring accuracy and compliance

▪ Prepare HR reports and support internal / external audits

▪ Manage and track Monthly HC

 

B. Payroll & Benefits Administration

▪ Partner with AP Payroll & Finance for payroll processing

▪ Manage salary adjustments, overtime validation

▪ Support benefits administration and inquiries

 

C. Talent Acquisition

▪ Support end-to-end hiring requisition and recruiting operations

▪ Post job openings and coordinate interviews

▪ Communicating with candidates and hiring managers

 

D. Employee Relations

▪ Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures

▪ Respond to employee inquiries

▪ Gather employee feedback and support engagement initiatives

 

E. Policy & Compliance

▪ Ensure compliance with Korean labor laws

▪ Maintain up‑to‑date HR policies and documentation

 

F. Learning & Development

▪ Coordinate employee training programs

▪ Track training participation and maintain records

 

G. Company Events

▪ Support company-wide events such as town halls and annual events, etc.

 

H. Ad-hoc Projects

▪ Support HRBP on HR projects and assigned task

 

Qualification:

A. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

B. Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a multinational company, including HRBP responsibilities and generalist scope

C. Strong communication skills in both Korean and English

D. Ability to adapt flexibly to demanding and fast-changing environments

E. Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

F. Proactive, self-driven working style with strong ownership

G. Experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments (tech/startup preferred)

H. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

I. Solid understanding of Korean labor law and HR practices

J. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
