Job Summary

- Process and follow up purchase orders, handle trade compliance related matters, check input data on 3rd party service providers which include customs broker, warehousing, local transporters and international freight forwarders.
- Coordinate with order management/customer service on delivery
- Generate and verify shipping documents for approval
Responsibilities

- Process and follow up local and interco purchase orders in both MFG Pro and AP Hub Oracle R12 ERP systems
- Handle and coordinate delivery and Customs matter with forwarders
- Updating, check and input data on shipment report.
- Local sourcing
Basic Qualifications
(Essential qualifications, language, driving licence etc)
- Purchasing, logistics and warehouse background
- Preferred Driving license
- Diploma / Degree level
- Preferred Language: English
