Selected incumbent will report to Senior Service Manager, Malaysia & Brunnei and be based at Shah Alam, Malaysia.
Responsibilities:
- Grow services revenues through service contracts, parts sales, and general maintenance servicing.
- Lead, motivate and inspire the field service operations team to work towards total customer satisfaction and company’s objective.
- Develop and implement pro-active products, marketing & services strategies, programs and promotions to grow Services business and profitability.
- Ensure work process comply ESH policies and act as management representative for ESH Committee.
- Develop and continually improve technical skill of the service team.
- Work closely with supply management, sales, engineering and other functions in the team / company to implement solutionizing and optimize support to customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5-7 years of experience in aftermarket business and/or service role
- Management experience in aftermarket service operations
- Experience in rotating equipment, specifically air compressors, is an advantage
- Team player
