RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Talent Acquisition

  • Partner and collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract quality talent across multiple functions and locations.
  • Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions.
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and maintain alignment throughout the recruitment process.
  • Act as a trusted recruitment partner by delivering a consultative and service-oriented approach.

 

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
  • Create and post job advertisements through appropriate recruiting channels.
  • Source candidates through direct sourcing, referrals, social media platforms, networking, and other talent channels.
  • Conduct candidate screening and interview assessments.
  • Coordinate interview processes and facilitate timely feedback collection.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data within ATS systems.

 

Cross-Regional Recruitment & Talent Sourcing

  • Support recruitment activities across Australia and selected SEA markets.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize market knowledge and talent mapping techniques to identify qualified candidates.
  • Adapt recruiting approaches based on local market conditions and business requirements.
  • Share insights on talent availability, competitive hiring practices, and market trends.

 

Recruitment Operations

  • Partner with HR and Compensation teams to support offer preparation and onboarding activities.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and local market practices.
  • Leverage ATS and recruitment tools to improve hiring efficiency and reporting accuracy.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

 

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

 

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of Talent Acquisition experience with end-to-end recruitment responsibility and at least 2 years' experience supporting recruitment across SEA markets.
  • Demonstrated success in candidate sourcing, talent mapping, and pipeline building.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.

 

Preferred

  • Experience recruiting for industrial manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or operations-related functions.
  • Experience in agency recruitment and/or in-house Talent Acquisition environments.
  • Exposure to regional recruitment practices across SEA.
  • Familiarity with talent market research and sourcing strategies.
