岗位职责
1.    负责公司核心产品的技术方案设计、应用开发和落地实施，解决客户各种节能及其他复杂场景下的技术需求。  
2.    提供售前与售后技术支持，包括客户需求分析、技术方案撰写、产品演示及问题诊断优化。  
3.    协同研发、测试、市场团队，推动产品功能迭代，确保技术方案与市场需求高度匹配。  
4.    深度理解客户业务场景，提炼共性需求并转化为产品改进建议，提升产品竞争力。  
5.    编写技术文档（如应用案例、操作指南、故障排查手册等），赋能内部团队及外部合作伙伴。  
6.    跟踪行业技术趋势（如IoT、AI、自动化等），推动新技术在产品中的应用。 

任职要求 
硬性条件：
1.    本科及以上学历，电子工程、机械工程、自动化、空调暖通等相关专业 。
2.    5年以上产品应用、技术支持或解决方案经验，有复杂系统集成或行业垂直领域（如工业自动化/智能硬件/消费电子等）经验者优先。
3.    精通熟练掌握CAD、office等常用绘图和办公软件。
4.    出色的客户沟通能力，能快速理解需求并转化为技术方案，具备跨部门协作经验。
5.    协助销售制压缩空气系统、空调系统节能方案及成本预算(现场勘察、技术交流、节能方案制定)。
6.    熟悉压缩空气站系统空调系统,余热回收系统的工艺流程，及各组成部分基础原理及其控制逻辑;对螺杆式空压机及离心式空压机的节能控制逻辑有较深入了解。
7.    负责管理并绘制项目所需控制图纸，编制项目所需各项方案、技术资料。
8.    每周可以国内出差2天及以上

加分项： 
1.    有工程项目管理和估算师经验。
2.    持有建造师资质或者同等行业标杆资质证书。
3.    熟悉TIA Portal（西门子PLC）、STEP 7、施耐德（机器专家）等编程语言。
4.    熟悉工业通信协议（Profinet、Modbus TCP、OPC UA）及现场总线。
5.    熟悉行业标准（如ISO、UL、IEC等）或安全认证流程。
6.    具备PMP资质或开源项目贡献经历。

Job Title: Application Engineer
Location: Shanghai
Reporting To: Solution Manager

Responsibilities：
1.    Be responsible for the technical scheme design, application development, and implementation of the company's core products, and solve the technical needs of customers in various energy-saving and other complex scenarios.
2.    Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support, including customer needs analysis, technical scheme writing, product demonstration, and problem diagnosis and optimization.
3.    Collaborate with R&D, testing, and marketing teams to promote the iterative update of product functions and ensure that the technical scheme highly matches the market demand.
4.    Have an in-depth understanding of the customer's business scenarios, extract common needs, and transform them into product improvement suggestions to enhance the product's competitiveness.
5.    Write technical documents (such as application cases, operation manuals, troubleshooting handbooks, etc.) to empower internal teams and external partners.
6.    Keep track of industry technical trends (such as IoT, AI, automation, etc.) and promote the application of new technologies in products.

Requirements:
1.    A bachelor's degree or above in relevant majors such as electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, automation, air conditioning and heating ventilation, etc.
2.    More than 5 years of experience in product application, technical support, or solution provision. Those with experience in complex system integration or in vertical industry fields (such as industrial automation/intelligent hardware/consumer electronics, etc.) are preferred.
3.    Proficient in commonly used drawing and office software such as CAD and Office.
4.    Excellent customer communication skills, being able to quickly understand requirements and transform them into technical schemes, and having cross-departmental collaboration experience.
5.    Assist sales in formulating energy-saving schemes and cost budgets for compressed air systems and air conditioning systems (site investigation, technical communication, and energy-saving scheme formulation).
6.    Be familiar with the process flow of compressed air station systems, air conditioning systems, and waste heat recovery systems, as well as the basic principles and control logic of their various components; have a relatively in-depth understanding of the energy-saving control logic of screw air compressors and centrifugal air compressors.
7.    Be responsible for managing and drawing the control drawings required for projects, and preparing various plans and technical materials required for projects.
8.    Be able to travel within China for 2 days or more per week.

Additional Advantages:
1.    Have experience in project management and as an estimator.
2.    Hold a constructor qualification or an equivalent industry benchmark qualification certificate.
3.    Be familiar with programming languages such as TIA Portal (Siemens PLC), STEP 7, and Schneider (Machine Expert).
4.    Be familiar with industrial communication protocols (Profinet, Modbus TCP, OPC UA) and field buses.
5.    Be familiar with industry standards (such as ISO, UL, IEC, etc.) or safety certification processes.
6.    Have a PMP qualification or experience in contributing to open-source projects.
