Branding & Demand Generation Job Description

 

Location: Shanghai (Minhang / Pudong)

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Direct Reports: None

Position Title: Branding & Demand Generation Specialist

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Branding Strategy

- Support branding strategy planning and execution to strengthen brand positioning and visibility in target vertical markets.

- Plan and execute BTL marketing initiatives to drive brand exposure and engagement.

 

  • Events & Exhibitions

- Plan and manage participation in industry exhibitions, workshops and seminars.

- Coordinate marketing materials, demonstrations and on-site support.

- Collect leads and industry insights from events and conduct post-event analysis.

 

  • Lead Generation & Management

- Drive lead acquisition initiatives and implement structured lead management processes.

- Track lead lifecycle performance, analyze conversion data and optimize lead nurturing strategies.

 

  • Marketing Collateral

- Develop, update and manage marketing materials and collateral to support sales and marketing activities.

 

Qualifications

- Solid experience in branding, B2B demand generation, event marketing and lead management

- Experienced with B2B exhibitions, workshops and seminars

- Result driven with ROI mindset

- Familiar with lead generation and management

- CRM tools practice is preferred

- Resources of B2B industrial associations or PR experience is a plus

- Fluency in English
