Responsibilities
- 1. Highly sensitive of market trend and Excellent Business Mind in approaching new potential customers.
- 2. Strong capability in strategic defining and implementation with targeted area to expand IR market share.
- 3. Proactively working with cross function team in direction of Solution's Selling and Presenting IR Value in a consistent way towards new customers.
- 4. Solid plan in new customers development both group level and local level to achieve company target.
- 5. Conduct necessary customer negotiations from company perspective and bring results.
- 6. Use Super-office as key tools in daily developing work and keep updating.
Basic Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in business management preferred.
2. Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in B2B company.
3. Knowledgeable of the small parts and industrial standard (DIN, ISO, GB, ANSI, FE…) is an advantage.
4. Experience of business development towards international companies.
5. Good command of English in both writing and oral.
6. Perseverance with passion.
