Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager
Responsibilities:
- Salesforce deployment
- Utilize Salesforce to analyze marketing leads, what will support marketing activities optimization.
- Tracking marketing KPIs in Salesforce to drive sales reps’ behavior.
- Deep dive leads and opportunities to foresee sales order trend by selling steps, raise recommendations.
- Marketing promotion organizing and coordinating
- Supporting marketing director, developing & implementing effective annual marketing plan.
- Work closely with external and internal stakeholders, leveraging existing/potential resources to improve brand awareness.
- Sales supports and process administration
- Render sales with support on order chasing & acquisition, complying with the company’s administration mandates.
- Working with sales team on the order forecast and continuously improving forecast accuracy.
Key Competencies:
- Salesforce champion or experienced in Salesforce application.
- Experienced in supporting on-line and off-line marketing events.
- Business oriented mindset, familiar with sales supports.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Open mind to new things and self-driven personality.
Qualifications:
At least 5+ years of Salesforce key users experience.
Rich experience of marketing promotion & sales support in industrial enterprises.
