Job Description 

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives within the Chinese market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a thorough understanding of the local digital landscape. As a key member of the global Center of Excellence team, the successful candidate will act as a pivotal link between our Chinese initiatives and our international team members, ensuring alignment and integration of strategies across our global operations 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals in the Chinese market. 

  • Strong collaboration with local business units for campaign optimization. 

  • Support the planning and execution of digital campaigns across Baidu and 360 through a 3rd party digital marketing agency. 

  • Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize digital marketing efforts. 

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and changes in the digital marketing space, particularly within China, and adjust strategies accordingly. 

  • Collaborate with IT and web development teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing strategies with the company's web infrastructure. 

  • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, setting clear goals and KPIs to measure performance and drive success. 

  • Oversee the budget for digital marketing initiatives and ensure a high ROI. 

  • Ensure compliance with China's internet regulations and maintain a good understanding of the legal landscape as it pertains to digital marketing. 

  • Build and maintain relationships with key digital partners, vendors, and influencers within the Chinese market. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.  

  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in the Chinese market. 

  • Strong technical knowledge of web infrastructure and experience working with digital technologies. 

  • Solid experience with SEO and PPC within China. 

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills. 

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting. 

  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
