Job Summary

The SAP Business Analyst SD/OTC needs to work closely with Business users, Partners, key stakeholders to gather detailed requirements for Projects and Enhancements. Convert Requirements into Specification documents, design, develop and test solutions. The areas of focus will include sales, shipping, invoicing, variant configuration, integration and Service management.

Core Expertise

  • 5 to 7 years of full-cycle SAP SD implementations and S/4HANA conversion experience for large global enterprises.
  • Excellent configuration skills in Order Management, Pricing, Delivery & Logistics Execution, Billing, and integrated flows with MM and FICO.
  • Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including Make-to-Order (MTO), Make-to-Stock (MTS), Trading, and Service, with strong cross-functional capabilities.
  • Real-time implementation and data migration experience in S/4HANA Sales & Service modules.
  • Strong knowledge of integration technologies (IDOCs, RFCs, middleware) and interfacing with ERP and non-ERP systems from design to implementation.
  • Basic ABAP skills for debugging and functional specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Configure SAP OTC functions: Sales, Shipping, Invoicing, and Service Management.
  • Develop Functional Specifications for programs, interfaces, reports, and forms.
  • Lead Solution Design, create configuration documents, and collaborate with technical teams.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including Audit, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR.
  • Build process documentation and swim lane diagrams.
  • Experience with SD-WMS and Customer Service integration is a plus.
  • Preferred experience in S/4HANA environments.

This role requires 4 days in the office, and 25% global travel
