M&A Integration Manager

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the integration strategy to achieve business objectives and realize deal value, executing a comprehensive integration plan with precision
  • Proactively organize and lead impact daily management (IDM) discussions for workstreams across all areas of post-merger integration (PMI) including commercial, operations, engineering, marketing, procurement, HR, finance, and IT
  • Actively monitor and manage the execution of the M&A business case, swiftly identifying and resolving integration risks and cross-functional issues
  • Prioritize and assign actions to deliverables with a focus on timely issue resolution and escalation to keep the business case and investment returns on track
  • Continuously enhance M&A integration capability through process improvement and performance measurement
  • Take charge of strategic and growth initiatives on an as-needed basis, ensuring proactive management and seamless execution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree from top universities (China or overseas)
  • 7-10 years in M&A, strategy and business operations; 2-3 years in M&A integration; business transformation experience is a plus
  • Strong business acumen with a proven ability to address complex, cross-functional issues and drive strategic initiatives
  • Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills; capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player experienced in managing relationships with stakeholders across various business teams and seniority levels
  • Fluent in English
