岗位职责：

1. 合同能源管理项目全流程管理
   1. 主导空压系统设备排产、发货、现场吊装、安装调试及验收，制定详细项目计划（含时间表、资源分配、风险预案）
   2. 管控项目成本，监控预算执行，确保利润率达标；管理分包商履约质量与进度
2. 技术协调与现场执行
   1. 协同技术支持团队完成现场勘查、设计方案落地，解决安装调试中的技术问题（如空压机参数配置、管道布局优化）
   2. 管理工地安全，严格执行英格索兰EHS规范，确保“零事故”
3. 客户与内外部协作
   1. 作为客户对接主窗口，定期汇报进展，处理变更需求
   2. 协调销售、采购、售后团队保障无缝协作
   3. 参与重大项目投标，提供分包报价与执行可行性分析
4. 文档与合规性管理
   1. 输出项目文档（验收报告、操作手册、合规文件）
   2. 确保符合行业标准

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，电子工程、机械工程、自动化、空调暖通等相关专业 。
2. 5年以上项目现场管理经验，有复杂系统集成或行业垂直领域（如工业自动化/智能硬件/消费电子等）经验者优先。
3. 精通熟练掌握AutoCAD、office等常用绘图和办公软件。
4. 具备风险预判意识与客户导向思维， 出色的客户沟通能力，能快速理解需求并转化为可执行的方案，具备跨部门协作经验。
5. 协助销售绘制压缩空气系统及成本预算(现场勘察、技术交流、节能方案制定)。
6. 熟悉压缩空气站系统空调系统，余热回收系统的工艺流程，及各组成部分基础原理及其控制逻辑
7. 对螺杆式空压机及离心式空压机的节能控制逻辑有较深入了解
8. 负责管理并绘制项目所需控制图纸，编制项目所需各项方案、技术资料
9. 每周可以国内出差3天及以上

Position: Project Management Engineer

Location: Wenjing Road, Minhang, Shanghai (Frequent domestic travel required)

Job Responsibilities: 

1. Full-cycle management of EMC (Energy Management Contract) projects 
   1. Lead the scheduling, delivery, on-site installation, commissioning, and acceptance of compressed air systems, including detailed project planning (timeline, resource allocation, risk mitigation). 
   2. Control project costs, monitor budget execution, ensure profitability targets are met; manage subcontractor performance and progress. 
2. Technical coordination and on-site execution 
   1. Collaborate with technical support teams for site surveys, design implementation, and troubleshooting during installation/commissioning (e.g., compressor parameter configuration, pipeline layout optimization). 
   2. Enforce strict compliance with Ingersoll Rand EHS standards to achieve "zero-incident" safety performance. 
3. Stakeholder collaboration (internal & external) 
   1. Act as the primary client liaison, providing regular progress updates and handling change requests. 
   2. Coordinate seamless collaboration among sales, procurement, and after-sales teams. 
   3. Participate in major project bidding, providing subcontractor cost estimates and execution feasibility analysis. 
4. Documentation and compliance 
   1. Deliver project documentation (acceptance reports, operation manuals, compliance certificates). 
   2. Ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., ISO, UL, IEC). 

Qualifications: 

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic/Mechanical Engineering, Automation, HVAC, or related fields. 
2. 5+ years of on-site project management experience; preference for candidates with complex system integration or vertical industry expertise (industrial automation/smart hardware/consumer electronics). 
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Office Suite for drafting and project monitering. 
4. Strong risk awareness and customer-oriented mindset; excellent communication skills to transfer plans into actions; cross-functional teamwork experience. 
5. Support sales in designing compressed air system and estimating cost (site visit, technical discussions, energy-saving solutions). 
6. Deep understanding of compressed air stations, HVAC systems, waste heat recovery processes, and control logic fundamentals. 
7. Expertise in energy-saving control logic for screw/centrifugal compressors. 
8. Ability to manage and draft control schematics, technical proposals, and project documentation. 
9. Willingness to travel domestically ≥3 days/week. 

Preferred Skills: 

1. Experience in engineering project management/cost estimation. 

2. Construction engineer certification or equivalent industry qualifications. 

3. Knowledge of industrial protocols (Profinet, Modbus TCP, OPC UA) and fieldbus systems. 

4. Familiarity with industry standards (ISO/UL/IEC) or safety certification processes.
