Quality Engineer

Job Summary

Control incoming spare parts quality to meet the IR’s requirements and satisfy our customers.

备件质量控制，使其符合公司的要求，确保满足客户需求，让客户满意。

Responsibilities

1. Formulate inspection criterion, instruction and examine/audit materials, working process, finished products regularly to ensure the product meets the quality requirement.

制定检验标准及说明，定期检查审核物料、工作流程及成品以确保产品符合质量要求。

2. Separate and mark defect product in time, communicate with suppliers about the related warranty.

及时标记、隔离不合格品，并与供应商沟通处理相关质量问题。

3. Administrate all kinds of work files such as reports, examing records and parts information.

管理各类质量工作文档，例如报告、检查记录及产品信息。

4. In charge of all statistic analysis and reports about quality control monthly and yearly.

负责月度和年度的质量控制统计分析报表。

5. Responsible for auditing the quality system of the supplier and product quality control to make sure that all of them accord with the requirement of company.

负责供应商质量体系及产品质量的审核，确保其符合公司的要求。

6. Ensure to perform other duties as necessary in support business objectives.

确保完成其它必要职责以支持业务目标。

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree, major in mechanical process or manufacture.

本科学历，机械相关或制造类专业优先考虑

• Minimum two years of experience in quality-related functions is required. experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) or Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) is preferred.

至少二年的质量相关工作经验,有体系管理或SQE经验者优先考虑

• Strong capability on organization, communication and coordination ability

• Good communication and cooperation with team members.

• Good command of written English, with conversational English skills.

• Skills in operating computer
