工作概要： 负责区域内售后服务工作,根据公司的发展和服务战略,规化本区域的服务工作,以不断提高客户的满意度,实现公司业务的不断发展.

职责描述： 1.负责规化并组织实施本区域的客户服务行动计划 2. 负责建立区域客户的设备档案; 3. 负责区域内设备的指导安装,调试,故障处理及客户回访工作; 4. 负责对客户设备操作及维修人员进行培训,以保证设备的正确操作和维护; 5. 负责对本区域内代理服务人员进行培训,以保证服务工作的有效性和符合性; 6. 负责本地区技改机会识别和模板建立. 7. 了解掌握客户其他同类产品的使用情况; 8. 给区域销售提供支持; 9. 及时反馈现场发现的各类问题,以实现产品质量的持续改进.并按要求提交月度工作报告和年度工作报告; 10. 由售后服务部经理安排的其他工作

任职要求： 1. 二年以上相关动设备产品客户服务工作经验，有制浆造纸行业等、客户服务工作经验者优先 2. 本科以上学历，机械、制浆造纸相关专业 3. 良好的英语能力，有国外客户动设备服务工作经验优先 4. 地点：可接受居家办公，出差地点全国，东南亚
