  1. 负责规划并组织实施本区域的客户服务行动计划;
  2. 负责建立区域客户的设备档案;
  3. 负责区域内设备的指导安装,调试,故障处理及客户回访工作;
  4. 负责对客户设备操作及维修人员进行培训,以保证设备的正确操作和维护;
  5. 负责对本区域内代理服务人员进行培训,以保证服务工作的有效性和符合性;
  6. 负责本地区技改机会识别和模板建立.
  7. 了解掌握客户其他同类产品的使用情况;
  8. 给区域销售提供支持;
  9. 及时反馈现场发现的各类问题,以实现产品质量的持续改进.并按要求提交月度工作报告和年度工作报告;

10. 由售后服务部经理安排的其他工作
