Sr. Electrical Engineer

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

Lead electrical engineering activities for complex ETO (Engineer-to-Order) projects, including technical solution development, customer requirement clarification, project planning, risk management, supplier coordination, and project execution to ensure delivery on quality, schedule, and cost targets. Design and deliver starter panels, control panels, motor drive systems, and PLC control systems for compressor products in accordance with ETO, i2V, and New Product Development processes. The scope includes star-delta starters, variable-frequency drive systems, soft starters, PLC and HMI systems, fixed-speed and variable-frequency AC motors, while ensuring compliance with applicable standards.

负责复杂ETO（按订单工程设计）项目的电气工程工作，包括技术方案制定、客户需求澄清、项目计划、风险管理、供应商协调及项目执行，确保按质量、进度和成本目标完成项目交付。遵循ETO、i2V及新产品开发流程，负责压缩机产品启动柜、控制柜、电机驱动系统和PLC控制系统的设计与交付。工作范围包括星三角启动、变频驱动、软启动、PLC/HMI系统、定频和变频交流电机，并确保符合适用标准。

RESPONSIBILITIES:             

1. Develop reliable and cost-effective customized solutions based on customer requirements.

根据客户需求，制定可靠且具有成本效益的定制化解决方案。

2. Ensure that all designs comply with applicable local codes, regulations, and standards.

确保所有设计符合项目所在地适用的法规、规范和标准。

3. Collaborate with suppliers to clarify technical requirements, codes, and standards and ensure their effective implementation.

与供应商协作，明确技术要求、法规和标准，并确保其得到有效落实。

4. Investigate product quality issues, identify root causes, and develop and implement effective corrective actions.

调查产品质量问题，识别根本原因，并制定和实施有效的纠正措施。

5. Identify i2V cost-reduction opportunities and drive related improvement projects to completion.

识别i2V降本机会，并推动相关改进项目按计划完成。

6. Serve as the electrical focal point for complex ETO projects, coordinating cross-functional teams including Sales, Application Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality, and Suppliers to ensure successful project execution.

作为复杂ETO项目的电气技术负责人，协调销售、应用工程、机械工程、制造、采购、质量及供应商等跨职能团队，确保项目成功执行。

7. Lead project planning, technical reviews, risk assessments, milestone tracking, and issue resolution activities throughout the project lifecycle.

主导项目计划、技术评审、风险评估、里程碑跟踪和问题解决，覆盖项目全生命周期。

8. Drive project schedules, identify risks proactively, develop mitigation plans, and support decision-making to ensure on-time delivery of customized electrical solutions.

推动项目进度，主动识别风险并制定应对措施，支持关键决策，确保定制化电气解决方案按期交付。

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Engineering, or a related discipline.

本科及以上学历，电气工程、自动化、控制工程或相关专业。

2. Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical control systems, with at least 3 years of experience in complex ETO, customized equipment, or industrial automation projects.

至少八年以上电气控制系统工作经验，其中至少三年以上复杂ETO、定制化设备或工业自动化项目经验。

3. Strong expertise in medium- and low-voltage motor control systems, VSD systems, soft starters, PLC and HMI systems, industrial communication protocols, motor protection, power distribution, and electrical system integration.

Proficient in PLC programming and system integration using commonly used platforms such as Inovance, Siemens, and Allen-Bradley (AB).

Skilled in the selection and application of electrical components, including circuit breakers, contactors, fuses,

soft starters, variable-frequency drives, sensors, PLCs, relays, and other related devices.

         深入掌握中低压电机控制系统、变频驱动、软启动、PLC/HMI系统、工业通信协议、电机保护、配电系统及电气系统集成。

         熟练使用常见PLC平台进行编程，如汇川、西门子和Allen-Bradley（AB）等；

熟练进行相关电气元件的选型与应用，包括断路器、接触器、熔断器、软启动器、变频器、各类传感器、PLC

控制器、继电器及其他相关器件。

4. Familiar with motor selection, basic design principles, qualification, and application, and capable of designing the

associated power distribution and control systems based on motor parameters.

         熟悉电机选型、基本设计原理、认证及应用，能够根据电机参数完成相应的配电与控制系统设计。

5. Familiar with applicable electrical codes and standards, including GB standards, applicable CE directives and standards, and UL

standards.

         熟悉适用的电气法规和标准，包括GB标准、适用的CE指令及标准、UL标准等。

9. Familiar with screw compressor products and able to understand their control logic and operating principles.

熟悉螺杆式空气压缩机产品，并能够理解其控制逻辑和运行原理。

10. Proficient in Microsoft Office; and skilled in electrical design tools such as AutoCAD.

熟练使用Microsoft Office，并熟练使用AutoCAD等电气设计工具。

11. Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills in electrical control systems.

具备较强的电气控制系统故障排查、根因分析和问题解决能力。

12. Experience in electrical control systems for marine or offshore applications is preferred. Experience in electrical control design for compressors or central air-conditioning equipment is also preferred.

具有船舶或海工等特殊应用场景的电气控制系统工作经验者优先；具有压缩机或中央空调设备电气控制设计经验者优先。

13. Strong communication and presentation skills, a rigorous and detail-oriented approach to work, and a high level of accountability.

具备良好的沟通与表达能力，工作严谨细致，并具有高度责任心。

14. Demonstrated project management capability with experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering projects and coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

15. Strong ownership, decision-making capability, and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced engineering environment.
