Sr. Electrical Engineer

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

Lead electrical engineering activities for i2V value engineering and cost-reduction initiatives, focusing on identifying, validating, and implementing electrical design optimization opportunities for compressor products. Work closely with product engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and business teams to deliver measurable savings while maintaining product quality, reliability, safety, and compliance. The scope includes electrical component localization, design standardization, motor and drive optimization, starter and control panel optimization, PLC and HMI application improvement, and support for implementation into production.

负责面向i2V价值工程和降本项目的电气工程工作，重点识别、验证并推动压缩机产品电气设计优化机会落地。与产品工程、采购、制造、质量、供应商及业务团队紧密合作，在保证产品质量、可靠性、安全性和法规符合性的前提下，交付可量化的降本收益。工作范围包括电气元件国产化、设计标准化、电机与驱动方案优化、启动柜和控制柜优化、PLC/HMI应用改进，以及支持方案导入量产。

RESPONSIBILITIES:             

1. Identify electrical i2V opportunities through design review, cost analysis, supplier benchmarking, localization, and value engineering activities.

通过设计评审、成本分析、供应商对标、国产化和价值工程活动，识别电气i2V机会。

2. Develop and validate cost-effective electrical design alternatives while ensuring compliance with applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

制定并验证具有成本竞争力的电气设计替代方案，同时确保满足适用的安全、质量和法规要求。

3. Work with suppliers and sourcing teams to evaluate alternative components, drive localization, clarify technical requirements, and support commercial saving realization.

与供应商和采购团队合作，评估替代元件，推动国产化，明确技术要求，并支持商务降本落地。

4. Investigate product quality issues, identify root causes, and develop and implement effective corrective actions.

调查产品质量问题，识别根本原因，并制定和实施有效的纠正措施。

5. Build and maintain a pipeline of i2V projects, including opportunity assessment, saving estimation, technical feasibility review, qualification plan, and implementation tracking.

建立并维护i2V项目机会池，包括机会评估、降本估算、技术可行性评审、验证计划和落地跟踪。

6. Serve as the electrical focal point for i2V implementation, coordinating Product Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Quality, Service, and Suppliers to ensure practical and sustainable execution.

作为i2V项目落地的电气技术接口，协调产品工程、采购、制造、质量、服务及供应商，确保方案具备可执行性和可持续性。

7. Lead technical reviews, qualification activities, risk assessments, milestone tracking, and issue resolution for i2V projects.

主导i2V项目的技术评审、验证活动、风险评估、里程碑跟踪和问题解决。

8. Track savings, implementation status, validation progress, and potential risks; provide clear updates and escalation when action or management support is required.

跟踪降本收益、实施状态、验证进展和潜在风险；在需要行动或管理层支持时提供清晰更新和升级汇报。

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Engineering, or a related discipline.

本科及以上学历，电气工程、自动化、控制工程或相关专业。

2. Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical control systems, with experience in value engineering, cost reduction, localization, product sustaining, or industrial equipment improvement projects preferred.

至少八年以上电气控制系统工作经验，有价值工程、降本、国产化、产品维护或工业设备改进项目经验者优先。

3. Strong expertise in medium- and low-voltage motor control systems, VSD systems, soft starters, PLC and HMI systems, industrial communication protocols, motor protection, power distribution, and electrical system integration.

Proficient in PLC programming and system integration using commonly used platforms such as Inovance, Siemens, and Allen-Bradley (AB).

Skilled in the selection and application of electrical components, including circuit breakers, contactors, fuses,

soft starters, variable-frequency drives, sensors, PLCs, relays, and other related devices.

         深入掌握中低压电机控制系统、变频驱动、软启动、PLC/HMI系统、工业通信协议、电机保护、配电系统及电气系统集成。

         熟练使用常见PLC平台进行编程，如汇川、西门子和Allen-Bradley（AB）等；

熟练进行相关电气元件的选型与应用，包括断路器、接触器、熔断器、软启动器、变频器、各类传感器、PLC

控制器、继电器及其他相关器件。

4. Familiar with motor selection, basic design principles, qualification, and application, and capable of designing the

associated power distribution and control systems based on motor parameters.

         熟悉电机选型、基本设计原理、认证及应用，能够根据电机参数完成相应的配电与控制系统设计。

5. Familiar with applicable electrical codes and standards, including GB standards, applicable CE directives and standards, and UL

standards.

         熟悉适用的电气法规和标准，包括GB标准、适用的CE指令及标准、UL标准等。

9. Familiar with screw compressor products and able to understand their control logic and operating principles.

熟悉螺杆式空气压缩机产品，并能够理解其控制逻辑和运行原理。

10. Proficient in Microsoft Office; and skilled in electrical design tools such as AutoCAD.

熟练使用Microsoft Office，并熟练使用AutoCAD等电气设计工具。

11. Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills in electrical control systems.

具备较强的电气控制系统故障排查、根因分析和问题解决能力。

12. Experience in electrical control systems for marine or offshore applications is preferred. Experience in electrical control design for compressors or central air-conditioning equipment is also preferred.

具有船舶或海工等特殊应用场景的电气控制系统工作经验者优先；具有压缩机或中央空调设备电气控制设计经验者优先。

13. Strong communication and presentation skills, a rigorous and detail-oriented approach to work, and a high level of accountability.

具备良好的沟通与表达能力，工作严谨细致，并具有高度责任心。

14. Demonstrated capability to manage multiple i2V initiatives simultaneously, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and drive cross-functional execution in a fast-paced engineering environment.

15. Strong ownership, data-driven thinking, cost awareness, decision-making capability, and ability to convert ideas into validated and implemented savings.
