岗位职责:
1. 设备安装, 诊断设备故障,在维修时提供服务指导
2. 指导服务及保修工作, 分发技术资料。为服务经理准备保修报告
3. 负责整理现场服务报告, 将产品的缺陷反馈给工厂, 并协助提出改进方案
4. 执行公司与业务相关的管理准则(道德. 安全, 保修)
5. 根据需要提供现场服务支持
6. 参与培训&员工发展
7. 确保业务活动的合法性和规范性
8. 客户服务跟踪, 以及所有产品, 服务相关事宜的处理, 成为客户满意度反馈的桥梁
岗位要求:
1. 大专及以上学历,机械或电气专业优先。
2. 3-5 年机械维修及现场服务经验。
3. 熟悉机加工或数控编程者优先。
4. 具有较强的时间管理能力,能承受工作压力。
5. 能独立进行现场服务工作
