In order to support the development of the activity in France, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (M/F) ready to take on the new challenges offered to this Business Unit.
Purpose of the Position:
- Responsible for the commercial development of Power Tools products with direct customer accounts in the assigned geographic area and the distribution channel in accordance with the objectives and policy set annually by the Business Unit.
Responsibilities:
- Retain existing customers:
- Build effective and lasting relationships with key direct customers and internal teams to ensure loyalty to Power Tools products.
- Ensure sales visits (direct customers and distribution)
- Ensure compliance with equipment installation and operating specifications
- Identify and develop new markets:
- Analyze the regional market potential for the development of new products and applications
- Approach prospects of potential new end users and drive order closing in the best possible way (directly or through distribution)
- Coordinate with all local and regional colleagues to develop strong joint action
- Inform, advise and train customers and prospects:
- Provide customers with advice and assistance for the installation and operation of equipment
- Promote all PWT products and services by organizing and executing distributor/customer activities, such as presentations, seminars and training sessions
- Monitor your performance and guarantee the results of our partners:
- Update the customer relationship management tool (Sales Force), deal tracking, pipeline, and standard reporting.
- Review sales statistics with the Sales Manager;
- Produce a weekly report to your hierarchy concerning all commercial subjects
Basic qualification:
- The job requires knowledge of bac + 3/5 level in the commercial field
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the sale of technical products or B to B services required.
- Experience in the sale of industrial tools would be an asset.
Travel and work arrangements and requirements:
- Very frequent business travel (between 50 and 75% of the time)
- Exceptional travel to production sites (Italy, England, Germany).

- Analyze data, detect and analyze new customer needs and establish reports
- Develop and manage a client portfolio
