Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Planner to join our SEA Remanufacturing Technology Center (RTC). The role involves creating and managing production plans based on overhaul orders, tracking material deliveries, coordinating with various departments, and addressing operational challenges to ensure on-time shipping and customer satisfaction.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely updates on order status and the condition of returned old parts.
  • Issue work orders in Oracle and coordinate with Mechanical Engineering team to generate production and procurement requirements.
  • Plan daily production schedules, monitor progress, and make adjustments based on standard working hours and available resources.
  • Communicate effectively with the purchasing department to ensure timely material delivery and optimize production processes.
  • Follow established procedures for newly added materials, working with sourcing and relevant departments to complete system setups and processes.
  • Coordinate shipments based on payment and credit status.
  • Prepare and maintain production reports.
  • Compile monthly statistics and summaries.
  • Undertake additional tasks assigned by the leader.

 

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma with experience in operating ERP systems such as MFG and Oracle.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and strong data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills within internal teams.
  • Strong coordination skills with a personable approach.

 

 

Work Arrangements & Travel Requirements:

  • Fully site-based position in Singapore.
  • Occasional travel (approximately 2%) across China and Southeast Asia.
