Field Service Engineer 

1. Be responsible for the startup, installation and commissioning of vacuum pumps, blowers and other business-related products under the company.

2. Be responsible for on-site repair, maintenance and upkeep of vacuum pumps, blowers and other business-related products under the company.

3. Be responsible for the customer training of vacuum pumps, blowers and other related products of the company's business.

4. Be responsible for collecting relevant product information, including the corresponding models of the company's brand products and their accessory lists, etc.

5. Be responsible for providing technical support to service sales and back-office sales, and offer technical support such as import customs declaration elements when necessary.

6. Be responsible for the technical connection and support with the factories under the company's brand to make the company's product service process smoother.

7. Be responsible for analyzing and organizing the customer complaint issues collected by the internal quality assurance personnel, providing judgment opinions, and participating in regular quality meetings to promote quality improvement from the service end to the product end.

8. Be responsible for the management of customer information within the responsibility area and establish a maintenance system.

9. Be responsible for editing maintenance and servicing documents, organizing maintenance and servicing content, forming fixed template files, formulating recommended maintenance and servicing list plans, and supporting technical documentation for front-end service sales.

10. Regularly submit regional work reports, collaborate with relevant personnel to handle product quality issues and claim applications, and provide opinions and suggestions.

11. Regularly submit service hours and formulate service arrangement plans.

12. When products are returned to the factory for factory repair, participate in the actual factory repair activities and be responsible for the overall coordination of factory repair affairs.

13. During the period when I am not on a business trip, I need to be present at the factory to assist in organizing documents and handling customer complaint emails, etc.

14. Other work related to the job assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualification requirements

Relevant majors in mechanical and electrical engineering, etc., with a college degree or above.

More than 1 year of after-sales service experience in the mechanical industry. Candidates with experience in vacuum pump/blower and air compressor maintenance are preferred.

Candidates with a major in electrical and mechanical integration are preferred. Proficiency in various types of machines or those who have studied related fields are also given priority.

Strong practical hands-on and independent working abilities, as well as good communication skills.

Those with good office automation document processing skills are preferred.

Be able to work in a stressful environment; Have a team spirit.

Be able to adapt to business trips.
