工作职责

  1. 负责东南亚地区 MH设备大修、 备件销售等增值服务业务现场执行配合，协助完成备件及服务询价、报价跟进、订单落地
  1. 协助新加坡服务中心做好服务订单协作管理，配合大修团队完成设备维修工作：
  • 协助完成 MH 设备新项目调试、验收辅助工作
  • 负责设备现场服务、维修保养、故障排查与检修
  • 为客户、经销商提供基础产品及服务知识讲解，配合技术交流
  • 协助当地经销商搭建基础维修服务能力
  • 及时响应客户售后问题，通过电话或现场解决技术问题，按时完成服务报告
  • 收集客户技术需求、产品质量反馈信息，协助跟进问题处理与质量改进
  1. 负责东南亚区域客户日常服务响应与基础技术支持
  1. 配合团队完成大客户服务维护，协助拜访终端用户、整理客户基础信息，保障客户服务满意度

任职要求

  1. 机械类、电气工程或自动化相关专业，全日制中专 / 大专及以上学历，1-3 年机械相关行业经验，优秀候选人经验可放宽
  1. 了解气动、液压葫芦和绞车类产品基础结构原理，有海洋石油、重工吊装行业经验优先，无相关经验可培养
  1. 具备基础设备维修实操技能，有现场服务经验，了解基础 EHS 安全规范
  1. 具备基础问题分析与解决能力，能完成简单讲解、培训协助工作
  1. 沟通顺畅，具备良好的团队协作能力
  1. 工作自律、有责任心，具备基础时间管理与自我管理能力
  1. 具备基础业务敏感度，无需独立开发销售、需配合团队完成收集基础业务线索
  1. 熟练使用电脑及常规办公软件
  2. 熟练使用中英文沟通交流。
