Job Summary

The Aftermarket Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating profitable aftermarket sales revenue by managing existing customer accounts, re-engaging inactive clients, and developing new business opportunities. The role focuses on delivering excellent compressed air aftersales support and building strong customer relationships to drive long-term business growth.

 

Responsibilities

  • Drive and grow aftermarket sales business by achieving sales targets and supporting the company’s business objectives.
  • Manage existing customer accounts, identify new business opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and technical clarifications with customers.
  • Promote aftermarket products and services including spare parts, servicing, maintenance contracts, and system upgrades.
  • Coordinate with service teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of field service and project activities.
  • Support Testing & Commissioning activities together with the project and service teams when required.
  • Monitor customer requirements and provide timely solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales and performance reports.
  • Carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

 

Requirements 

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related fields.
  • Aftersales experience with parts & services for industrial products such as Air Compressors, Dryers, or other similar equipment.
  • Experienced in air compressor aftermarket is preferred.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

 

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

  • Based in office with frequent visits to customer sites.
