Job Summary

Will you be our new HR colleague? We are looking for a proactive HR Coordinator to support us in daily operational HR work and development projects during the summer holiday period in 2025. We have a wide range of opportunities to work with, from employee lifecycle tasks to various, interesting development projects. Depending on your previous experience, we can adjust the content of your work to suit your capabilities. In this role, you will have a chance to work in a global environment while also supporting our employees located all around Finland.

 

Responsibilities

  • Supporting with our time & attendance system and payroll process
  • Maintaining and updating our local HR database
  • Supporting with talent acquisition
  • Supporting with employee lifecycle actions
  • Development projects regarding our internal communication tools and local processes

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Studies in the field of Human Resources or similar
  • Written and spoken capabilities in Finnish and English
  • Good collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Ability and willingness to work with details
  • Earlier experience in HR or payroll seen as an advantage
