Ingersoll Rand Sales Development Program (SDP) is designed to cultivate future sales elites and leadership talents for our expanding business needs. Our dynamic business platform offers exceptional development opportunities for recent graduates with engineering or business-related academic backgrounds and a strong passion for sales. 崗位要求/Qualifications:

1. 主修工學或商業相關專業，2025年大學或研究所畢業生； 同時歡迎工作經驗兩年以內的社會新鮮人。 Fresh graduates in 2025 and young talent with less than 2 years working experience, with education background of engineering, such as industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial distribution, business etc.
2. 英語流利，熟練使用電腦及各類辦公軟體。 Proficient in English and skilled in computer operations with expertise in various office software applications.
3. 優秀的人際溝通能力，團隊合作能力，良好的抗壓和自我管理能力，熱愛業務銷售工作，並有志於長期從事業務銷售及相關管理工作。 Strong interpersonal communication with excellent teamwork skills, proven ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks effectively. Passionate about sales and committed to a long-term career in sales and management roles.
