Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our Enterprise Analytics team. The Data Analyst will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions across multiple functions and brands. This position is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills, experience in Qlik Sense, advanced SQL proficiency, and excellent communication abilities. The Data Analyst will collaborate closely with business analysts, product teams, back-end data engineers and developers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful analytics solutions and support our ongoing Enterprise Analytics transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models using Qlik Sense, to support business decision-making.
· Gather and analyze requirements from business analysts, product teams, and stakeholders, translating them into technical solutions.
· Query, manipulate, and analyze data from diverse sources using advanced SQL and scripting skills.
· Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and optimal performance in all analytics deliverables.
· Communicate complex technical concepts and analytical findings in clear, fluent English to both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Participate in troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement of analytics solutions.
· Contribute to knowledge sharing, best practices, and training within the team and with business users.
· Support data governance, cataloging, and documentation efforts as needed.
Required Qualifications
· Advanced proficiency in Qlik Sense.
· Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SQL databases and scripting.
· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
· Proven ability to collaborate with business analysts, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.
· Experience in designing and implementing scalable BI and analytics solutions.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data integrity skills.
· AI first mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with additional BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
· Familiarity with SAP, Oracle and Salesforce environments.
· Previous experience working with international teams and supporting global business operations.
· Exposure to supply chain, financial reporting, services operations, or manufacturing analytics is a plus.
· Experience with Python, R, or other data science tools is desirable.
Location & Work Arrangement
This role is open to candidates in LATAM and other regions. Remote work arrangements are available, with occasional collaboration across time zones as needed.
