Job Description:

 

Responsible for sales growth and business development activities with Distribution Partners, Resellers and End Customers focused in Assembly products in North Mexico.

Provide commercial and technical support for PTL Distributors and End Customers. 

Formulate business strategies and implement plans to grow overall sales revenue and market share within the region.

Propose technical products application, services, and process solutions.

Establish a significant point of contact for each assigned Distributor including business owners, sales teams and service leaders.

Focus on Distributors and End Customers business development to contribute for a dramatic growth of revenue in in the region.

 

Main Roles:

 

  • Manage Power Tools and lifting distribution network to provide sales growth. Main focus on Assembly products.
  • Maintain and expand customer base in main manufacturing industries, actively searching for new Partners and Distributors in areas not covered.
  • Analyze the business potential and plan sales activities for commercial development.
  • Regularly visit customers for sales & business development including demos and corporate presentations.
  • Train Distribution teams to provide necessary level of commercial and technical expertise to be Ingersoll Rand representatives for End Customers.
  • Identify new product opportunities at existing and new prospects, coordinate development of customized solutions, demonstrating value and benefits to the customers.
  • Collaboration with Distributors and Resellers along with the customer visits.
  • Interface with marketing and engineering teams to manage issues with prices, margins, campaigns, product specification and warranty, as necessary.
  • Promote constant sales activities for Distributors, Resellers and End Customers as, training, product demonstration, workshop, campaigns, product launch and other.
  • Differentiate Ingersoll Rand premium products from competition presenting Value selling and ROI.
  • Understanding of Power Tools and lifting markets and competition.

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor Degree Engineering, Business Administration or Technologist is mandatory.
  • Strong business skills and distribution management background for Power Tools and lifting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong Negotiation skills.
  • Presentation and training ability.
  • Value selling and ROI skills to leverage sales for Distributors and End Customers.
  • Advanced English is mandatory.
