Job Summary
We are seeking an Energy Efficiency Account Manager to drive sales growth in audits, controls, and IIOT solutions within our Compression Systems division. This role focuses on developing strategic energy-saving solutions and supporting our sales channels across Italy.


Responsibilities
•    Develop and implement sales strategies for energy audits, controls, and IIOT solutions.
•    Train internal teams and partners on energy efficiency tools and best practices.
•    Identify and promote energy efficiency incentives available in Italy.
•    Conduct ROI studies and define economic models for proposed solutions.
•    Support sales teams in identifying retrofit opportunities and aftermarket growth.
•    Collaborate on turnkey projects including heat recovery and installations.
•    Lead the introduction of new products and technologies in the energy efficiency space.
•    Contribute to the Go-To-Market strategy and support cross-functional teams.

 

Basic Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Engineering preferred)
•    Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
•    Intermediate proficiency in English
•    Strong understanding of compressed air systems and energy efficiency technologies
•    Knowledge of Italian energy incentives and Industry 5.0 concepts


Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
Remote role with 60–80% travel across Italy
