Job Summary
For our CSS division we are looking for a Project Manager who will lead multiple projects, ensuring alignment with internal and contractual requirements. The Project Manager will act as the central controller for all project-related activities, coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. This role also contributes to the development of processes and tools in collaboration with other Project Managers.
Responsibilities
• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of assigned projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules, cost control, risk registers, and status reporting
• Identify and resolve deviations from the approved project plan
• Coordinate internal functions: engineering, procurement, manufacturing, QA/QC
• Facilitate consensus decisions and conflict resolution within the team
• Communicate project status, issues, risks, and activities; chair meetings and maintain minutes
• Manage project costs and drive improvements in cost ratio
• Ensure milestones are met within time, cost, and quality constraints
• Guarantee goods and deliverables are supplied per project requirements
• Build trust-based relationships with Customers, acting as main point of contact
• Share best practices across the organization
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, procurement, and vendors to track deliverables
• Support audits and client reviews with accurate documentation
Basic Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience leading major projects in Oil & Gas environment
• Lean knowledge is a plus
• PMP certification or equivalent is valued
• Proven conflict resolution and issue management techniques
• Process-oriented and self-directed
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Ability to develop detailed project timelines and schedules
• High proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• SAP and Oracle knowledge is valued
• Familiarity with industry standards (ISO 9001, API, ASME, etc.)
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder communication skills
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Degree in Management and Industrial/Mechanical Engineering preferred
