Estamos buscando un/una  técnico/a en prevención de riesgos laborales para unirse a nuestro departamento de servicios ubicado en Vilassar de Dalt-Barcelona.

 

La persona seleccionada brindará apoyo a nuestros equipos operativos en la gestión de actividades, programas y actividades de prevención de incidentes de EHS, garantizando  el cumplimiento de los procesos de Ingersoll Rand y  los requisitos locales, estatales y nacionales.

 

Será responsable de la gestión de la documentación, materiales y aprobación de accesos técnicos en las ubicaciones del cliente. Estará en contacto directo con los diversos equipos de servicio y coordinación reportando directamente al responsable del departamento.

 

Funciones

·        Gestión de la Coordinación de Actividades Empresariales con los Clientes y Subcontratas.

·        Coordinación para el permiso de accesos técnicos con los centros/servicios asignados 

·        Participar en la planificación de la actividad preventiva.

 

·        Colaborará en la gestión y comunicación de los accidentes de trabajo y fomentará las prácticas de trabajo seguro en el centro de trabajo.

 

·        Supervisión de las condiciones de los centros de trabajo en las que nuestros técnicos desarrollan sus actividades.

·        Realización de los pedidos y elección de los EPIS

·        Coordinación con el SPA.

 

·        Soporte en materia PRL a todos los departamentos de la empresa, así como la participación en Auditorías internas y externas con clientes cuando fuera requerido.

 

Requisitos

·        Nuestro candidato ideal, tendrá experiencia en gestión documental y de clientes. Con alta capacidad de planificación de técnicos en el sector industrial, así como la gestión de plataformas como CAE y SAP.

·        Será necesario habilidades de comunicación fluidas tanto para el contacto dentro del equipo como externo a la empresa.

·        Se requiere formación en Máster Superior de PRL en las tres especialidades: seguridad, higiene y ergonomia y psicosociología 

·        Necesario conocimiento de Ingles, (mínimo B1)

·        Mínimo tres años de experiencia en posiciones similares.

Jornada completa: De lunes a viernes: De lunes a jueves de 8:00 a 17:00 (horario entrada/salida flexible) y los viernes de 8:00 a 14:30 horas.

Job Description

We are looking for a technician in occupational risk prevention to join our services department located in Vilassar de Dalt-Barcelona.

The selected person will support our operational teams in managing EHS incident prevention activities, programs, and activities, ensuring compliance with Ingersoll Rand processes and local, state, and national requirements 

They will be responsible for managing documentation, materials, and approval of technical accesses at client locations. They will be in direct contact with various service and coordination teams, reporting directly to the department head 

Functions

  • Management of Business Activity Coordination with Clients and Subcontractors 
  • Coordination for the permission of technical accesses with assigned centers/services 
  • Participate in the planning of preventive activity
  • Collaborate in the management and communication of work accidents and promote safe work practices at the workplace 
  • Supervision of the conditions of the workplaces where our technicians carry out their activities 
  • Ordering and selection of PPE 
  • Coordination with the SPA 
  • Support in PRL matters to all company departments, as well as participation in internal and external audits with clients when required 

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have experience in document and client management. With high planning capacity for technicians in the industrial sector, as well as the management of platforms such as CAE and SAP .

Fluid communication skills will be necessary for contact within the team and external to the company 

Training in Master's Degree in PRL in the three specialties: safety, hygiene, and ergonomics and psychosociology is required 

Knowledge of English is necessary, (minimum B1) 

Minimum three years of experience in similar positions.

Permanent contract Full-time: Monday to Friday: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:00 (flexible entry/exit hours) and Fridays from 8:00 to 14:30 hours.

Reduced hours also in summer according to the calendar.
