Job Summary

Our Customer Service Hypercare Team is seeking for a Call Center Representative dedicated to handling outbound telephone calls. The representative manages outbound calls with English and French speaking customers with the primary focus of encouraging the customers to fill out our customer satisfaction surveys and express their feedback on our services after their recent interactions with our teams. The Call Center Representative will foster genuine connections and deliver the voice of the customer back to the Hypercare Team and the company , and will contribute to elevate the customer satisfaction index (NPS) for the business.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Initiate outbound calls for follow-ups and surveys.
  • Accurately document call details following established procedures and using company’s CRMs (Salesforce/Eloqua).
  • Achieving performance goals like customer satisfaction through an increasing number of survey submissions and an improvement of positive customer feedbacks (NPS score).
  • Interact with the Hypercare Manager  to monitor results from the calls.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or specialized training can be an asset.
  • Previous experience in Call Center is preferred.

 

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

No travelling is neccessary in this role.
