Job Summary

At Ingersoll Rand, we are now building a dedicated team of star individuals who function with an "all hands on deck" attitude, supported by the resources and stability of a global business. We're looking for an experienced and passionate Content Management Intern to join our team!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Organize, modify, update and verify existing website content, coordinate tasks in JIRA
  • Coordinate, prepare and launch campaigns in CMS (ContentStack)
  • Database segmentation
  • Work closely with marketing, sales and Web teams
  • Supporting web content migration

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English is required (speaking, reading and writing)
  • Experience with working in JIRA, ContentStack etc. is preferred
  • Be well organized
  • Have a great attention to detail
  • Are able to learn new skills quickly
  • Have the willingness to learn
  • Have some experience in customer service

 

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements: Hybrid in Warsaw

 

Key Competencies:

  • Absolute KEY skills needed for role ability to work with existing website content, and to coordinate tasks in JIRA
  • Soft skills as communication, organizing, problem-solving and an adaptability
